We process all orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States: 7–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8–12 business days
  • Australia: 8–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on product demand, customs processing, local carriers, or seasonal periods.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed on our website.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

All shipments are fully insured.

High Demand & Seasonal Delays

During busy periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, or major promotions, shipping times may be longer than usual due to increased order volume and logistics delays.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2–3 weeks.

If your order is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered, we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

We ship internationally from our central warehouse in Asia, allowing us to offer worldwide delivery.

Please understand that customs clearance, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, and other external logistics factors may occasionally affect delivery times.

Important Customer Responsibilities

Correct Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

If a package is lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, moved residence, or similar issue, a refund will not be available. A reshipment may be offered at the customer's expense.

Unclaimed Packages

If the delivery carrier cannot reach the customer, a collection notice may be left.

If the package is not collected within the carrier's holding period (typically 15 days), it may be returned to the warehouse. In these situations, refunds may not be available.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Depending on your country, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Rose & Claire is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged after shipment.

Returns & Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
